Mr. Leong has extensive experience in various legal areas, especially in Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Administrative Procedures, Gaming Law, Banking, Merger and Acquisition and Notary matters. In terms of cooperation with different jurisdictions, Mr. Leong has a strong bond with several Mainland, Hongkong and Portuguese law firms.
