Chen Cui (Chloe), graduated from Peking University in 2005 (obtaining a bachelor's degree in law). In the same year, she was qualified to be recommended for graduate students. In 2007, she graduated from Sun Yat-sen University in economic law (obtaining a master's degree in economic law). Chloe has worked at Shanghai Fangda (Shenzhen) Law Firm (Fangda Partners), Shanghai Allbright Law Firm (Shenzhen) Law Firm (Allbrightlaw Office) and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. Currently, she is a partner of Beijing Dacheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm. Chloe can work fluently in Mandarin and English.
Chloe is mainly engaged in cross-border investment and mergers and acquisitions, international trade, intellectual property rights, wealth management, cross-border dispute resolution and other businesses. She has relatively rich experience and can provide a full range of legal services to Chinese and foreign clients.
Chloe has led a number of cross-border mergers and acquisitions projects in Europe and the United States, and is responsible for some open source software projects in Japan. She is also involved in Huawei’s global intellectual property layout (including trademarks, patents, etc.), technical cooperation, patent licensing and other matters.
Chloe has been selected as the leading foreign-related lawyer in Guangdong Province, the foreign-related legal service lecturer group of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, the special mediator (foreign-related direction) of the Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone Court, the mediator of the Hetao International Commercial Mediation Center, and the "Belt and Road" lawyer Member of the Alliance, Swiss Chinese Law Association (an international lawyer organization registered in Geneva, Switzerland), etc.
