Huang Jiajie, a senior attorney of Commerce & Finance Law Offices, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and Boston University. Mrs. Huang is the vice president of Shenzhen Pengcheng Legal Compliance Research Institute, a member of Shenzhen Enterprise Compliance Association, a lecturer of "100 Lawyers' Compliance Lecture Group" of Shenzhen Law Association Legal Service Assistance Foundation, and a special guest of Shenzhen Radio and Television's "Compliance in Cases". Mrs. Huang is mainly engaged in compliance management of enterprises, data security and privacy protection, and ESG compliance. In the field of data compliance, Mrs. Huang has in-depth theoretical research and practical experience in the deployment and systematic construction of globalized data compliance for enterprises, and is able to provide data compliance advice and support for clients' business in overseas markets such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore, and has extensive compliance services in cross-border data transmission, data security impact assessment, website and APP compliance construction, business data lifecycle compliance construction, and overall data compliance governance of the enterprise. She has rich experience in compliance services, and has provided data compliance construction and special consulting services for many famous consumer brand companies and high-tech intelligent innovation brand companies. In terms of compliance theory research and writings, Mrs. Huang is deeply involved in the Shenzhen Judicial Bureau's compliance research, "Shenzhen Enterprise Risk Alert and Early Warning Research Project", "Shenzhen Enterprise Data Compliance Local Standard Research" and "Guidelines for Compliance Review of Governmental Projects", and has published "Shenzhen Enterprise Data Compliance Management System Construction" in Shenzhen Rule of Law Review, and "Law Enforcement Guidelines Introduced, How Chinese companies should deal with the so-called "forced labour" and "2023 Annual White Paper on Corporate Data Compliance" which were published in Wolters Kluwer.
